Replacement

Terms of replacement or returning products

1- If a product has a qualitative problem, the customer must inform after-sales services of the company about the defect of purchased item within 7 days of the receipt of the product by phone number 0098-41-34249514-3424982 or sending an email through the contact us section on the website
2- The experts of our after-sales services check the defects announced by the customer In case of technical or qualitative defects, the product will be replaced or the money will be refunded.
3- The flaw must not be related to improper use of purchased item or other intentional problems
4- If the defect has not been approved by the experts, the item will be returned to the customer and the cost of the delivery is paid by the buyer
5- To send the product to the company, it is necessary to pack them properly along with sending a complete invoice
Note: This service does not cover any defects caused by inaccurate use by the buyer. When the product status was determined in after-sales service unit, the amount will be credited to the customer's account within 7 business days in case of the need to refund the amount
